
Brent is a strategic senior leader with more than 20 years of experience in economic, social, policy, and program development and leadership in the public sector. He brings skills in strategic planning, project management, operations, communications, and human resources to the Seafair group. Brent held senior positions within the Government of NL, including ten years as a Deputy Minister and three years as an Assistant Deputy Minister.
A highly regarded public speaker, presenter, board member, and mentor, Brent is a natural and persuasive communicator, recognized for his keen ability to create consensus among divergent groups. He has a proven track record of playing a contributory role in major civic and community initiatives and programs. Brent currently leads the Care Partnerships division of Seafair Capital, including Caregivers, Momentum, Blue sky Family Care, and Aurelia.
He is immersed in the issues and challenges facing the home support sector, and is leveraging his diverse experience to ensure these organizations continue to operate with a focus on excellence in client service.
Brent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Acadia University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from York University.
