DATA MANAGEMENT
Data represents information that can be used to provide additional context and meaning. Interpreted correctly, it can tell a story about the operation of an organization and its ability to effectively follow process and policy and ultimately achieve its purpose. - Financial data that demonstrates trends in your organizational spending; funding for the services you provide is hard to come by, so spending it efficiently is paramount;
- Employee data that can indicate the well-being of your workforce; the best care is provided by those that are best cared for;
- Training data that will allow you to know where there are gaps in your service delivery; a knowledgeable workforce doesn’t just meet standards, they provide better care;
- Compliance data that indicates if you are meeting the standards and regulatory requirements of your funders and licensing body.
